Use of Service

You agree to use DelibaWatch lawfully and in accordance with Google and YouTube platform policies. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Google/YouTube Data

DelibaWatch accesses Google and YouTube data only as authorized by you. You may revoke access any time from your Google account permissions page.

Billing & Trials

Paid features, if applicable, are subject to pricing and trial terms shown in the app. Billing provider terms may also apply.

Availability

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of DelibaWatch at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Disclaimer

DelibaWatch is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DelibaWatch and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
